Before nominating or voting for any person or entity, please carefully read the strict rules and principles outlined below for the International Somali Awards:
Tribalism
The International Somali Awards is a product of the Anti-Tribalism Movement, which aims to counter tribalism and discrimination. Therefore, we will conduct thorough due diligence on each nomination we receive, and we will automatically disqualify anyone who is tribalistic, has committed, or continues to commit acts of tribalism. As a nominator, we want you to help us too by ensuring the person(s) or entity(s) you are nominating imbeds this principles that we should all be promoting.
Fraud
- During the nominations phase, you will be able to nominate in each category once, and our system will only accept one IP address per category.
- During the voting phase, you can only vote once for each Nominee, and our system will only accept one IP address per category.
- ISA will give a fair, robust, independent, and quality assessment to all nominations we receive, and we will not accept external or internal influences, favouritism, or payments

Awards Ceremony Event
The International Somali Awards celebrate outstanding achievements across various categories, recognising the incredible contributions made within the community to promote growth and progress. To honour and celebrate these incredible achievements of the worldwide Somali community, our award ceremony is a strictly black-tie ceremony, and we want you to honour this if you are attending.
